Intervention

Image
The picture that I took was on the broken fountain by the Starbucks, outside of the ICB building.  I feel that since the fountain is broken, it does not get as much appreciation as the other one does.

Don Giovanni Video Game

“Don Giovanni” is an opera about a man who thinks he can get any woman that he wants.  He would go from girl to girl and did not care about the outcome. He always got away with the things that he did.  Don Giovanni never learned from his mistakes. He continued to be a mess and move from woman to woman, but he did not care.  He was happy. One night when Don Giovanni was at a graveyard with his attendant Leporello, a statue started to talk to him. Comments on Aria

Aria was a little odd to watch for me.  At first I was very weirded out by the situation, but after watching the whole video, I was shown the true story to it.  I was saddened by the reality of the situation.  After the man came and took her child I was in awe. The story took a dark turn pretty quickly and it surprised me.  Situations like this happen to people.  The woman fell into depression and took her life.  The "action figure" short film had my feelings all over the place.

Staring Activity

This activity involved two students staring into each other's eyes for two minutes long.  After doing this with one of my classmates I have learned how weird it is to have to stare into someone's eyes for two minutes.  The time took a really long time to go by and I did not enjoy this activity.  It was very awkward.  Made me feel almost uncomfortable.  I am sorry for the next group that has to complete this activity.
